Join the UQ Green Ambassador Program (GAP) from your very own couch for an online movie night featuring the film/documentary ‘An Inconvenient Truth’.

"Director Davis Guggenheim eloquently weaves the science of global warming with Mr. Gore's personal history and lifelong commitment to reversing the effects of global climate change. A long-time advocate for the environment, Gore presents a wide array of facts and information in a thoughtful and compelling way."

Winner of Best Documentary at the Academy Awards, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH is not a story of despair but rather a rallying cry to protect the one earth we all share.

The watch party will be held online so you can enjoy the film from the comfort of your own home. Hang around afterwards for a discussion with other viewers and GAP members about the realities of the film and share your ideas on some positive ways we can make a difference in the face of consumption/waste/climate change/film topic.

Participants must register via Eventbrite in order to receive the Zoom link. The link will be emailed on the morning of the event.
