Join the UQ Green Ambassador Program (GAP) from your very own couch for an online movie night featuring the documentary 'Minimalism'.

'Minimalism: a documentary about the important things' examines the many aspects of the growing "minimalist" movement that is challenging compulsory consumerism and seeking a different path. The authors of two best-selling books on minimalism, Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus, take viewers on a road trip across America that reveals the core ideas behind minimalism and meets people who share their transformational stories.

The watch party will be held online so you can enjoy the film from the comfort of your own home. Hang around afterwards for a discussion with other viewers and GAP members about the realities of the film and share your ideas on some positive ways we can make a difference in the face of consumption and waste.

A Zoom link will be sent closer to the date of the event. Participants must register in order to receive the Zoom link.
