Modern-day beauty standards are high, even for foods! Funny-looking and misshapen fruits often do not end up being sold, but they are just as delicious.

This year, the UQ Food Science Club is here to show you how to turn ugly fruits into an additive-free and preservative-free syrup. You can serve it with pancakes, waffles, and crepes, and mix it into yoghurt or soda water for a fruity treat.

Registrations required.
