Come down to the Reconcilliation Garden for a FREE workshop on growing microgreens.
Microgreens are an excellent way to boost your daily intake of greens. They contain significantly higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes compared to their mature counterparts. Regardless of how limited your space is, many varieties are quite easy to grow once you know the basics, providing wonderful nutritious greenery for your home.
In this workshop you will learn and participate in all the steps involved in planting, growing and harvesting microgreens.
You’ll take home your very own microgreen kit so you can immediately start producing microgreens. This kit will contain a grow tray as well as enough soil mix and seeds to get started growing.
