Vinyasa can be translated to “arranging something in a special way” – and that’s exactly what you’ll be doing in this class. Arrange your body into iconic yoga poses like Downward Dog and Mountain Pose in a class coordinating breath with movement.

More fast-paced than other yoga classes, you’ll flow from one pose to the next increasing your heart rate and building strength as you support your body against the pull of gravity.
