Join UQ Sustainability to find ways you can nurture the environment and take home your own seed ball.

Are you interested in the environmental and wellness benefits of growing your own food?

Join Pam as she teaches us simple, natural ways to cultivate food and the importance of this for your health!

Drawing on her extensive knowledge as a permaculture teacher and experience as a BCC Master of Composting, Pam can speak to a range of topics regarding sustainable gardening.

The workshop will also highlight the Community Garden space which is free for staff, students, and the broader community to make the most of.

Participants at the workshops will go in the chance to own a hydroponics Growing System.

This event is part of the UQ Wellbeing Festival. For the full Festival program including events and activities at Gatton and Herston head to the website at https://life.uq.edu.au/wellbeing-festival.
