It can be so tempting to buy a few snack items on the way home, open them during study or work, and eat the entire thing in one sitting. Not only do we wish we had more snacks as soon as we devour our last, but we spend money on snacks that aren’t necessarily healthy for us.

Vegan snacks and recipes, however, are (almost) guaranteed to be healthier than conventional store-bought snacks. Being able to make your own means you always have snacks on hand and eating less animal-based products is kinder to the planet. What’s not to love?
